Based out of Kansas City, it's easy to say that here in the Midwest, we know high quality meat. What sets us apart from the competition is knowing exactly what it takes to create high quality meat. We are a family owned and operated business with an extensive background in the agriculture field and a primary focus in the livestock market.  With over 35 years of livestock knowledge, our combination of genetics, feed source and management, we have enhanced the palatability of our product.

Our prime Akaushi beef and our Angus Beef is raised at our farm in Richmond, 35 miles east of Kansas City, Missouri. Our Beef is all natural, raised in a grass pasture and finished with a NON-GMO silage. There are no antibiotics, no hormones or enhancing products of any kind. We also dry age all of our beef for a minimum of 21 days. Our selection standards are exceptionally high and we are one of the few establishments that both raise and retail Akaushi in the Midwest.
